Dear Students,
Whenever I interact with students I
find tons of fire and passion among them. Most of them are worried about the
future of India, and are upset the way things are happening around in our
country. They are upset with the political system and the way corruption
entered into all spheres. In fact, corruption has become a cancer to Indian
society. Students often ask me how to change the system and how to make this
country a prosperous one, and how to keep it on the top of the global map. I am equally worried as I am passionate about
Indian students and my country. That is the reason why I chose teaching as a profession
out of my passion to groom students as responsible citizens and leaders so that
they can lead our country successfully and make it as a Super Power in future.
When you want to bring out the desired
change in the system you must set up an organization that can voice the
people’s opinions. You must come out with a common cause that concerns the
people and influence interested people to join in your team. Meet regularly at
a venue to raise the issues concerning the people and bring awareness through
various unconventional means and methods. You can make use of social media to
reach out to the people. Invite celebrities who have passion to make a
difference in the lives of people, and ask them to deliver lectures regularly.
Over a period of time you can build a mass movement to bring out the change
that the society is expecting. It is
like a ripple effect. When you throw a stone into water it takes time for the
waves to reach the shore. Similarly when you start such organization it takes
time and you find a number of challenges on your path. You must overcome all
these challenges from time to time by staying motivated and aligning all your
energies and efforts in the desired direction. Over a period of time, you will
find change in the mindset of the people; they start respecting your initiative;
and be part of your successful team to transform the society.
Remember, the day the corruption
enters into defence and educational institutions the country will collapse. Therefore,
make sure that the cancer of corruption doesn’t creep into Armed Forces and
educational institutions. Take initiative and work towards bringing out the
change the way you want because the future of this country lies in your hands.
It is your responsibility to pass on better society to your next generation. Remember the inspiring words of Mahatma
Gandhi - “A small body of determined
spirits fired by an unquenchable faith in their mission can alter the course of
history.”
Good luck!
Life is great!
